Users must feel safe during your presentation. The viewer must know the starting point to the finishing point before listening to you for more than 40 minutes. This is a fundamental aspect that if used well allows us to improve the approach that our audience, our students, have towards our presentation.

From the opening of our presentation it is necessary to announce where we want to take the people involved and tell them what transformation we want to bring about in their knowledge.

Take for example an event where someone guatemala phone number data ambushed you, since our brain has to respond quickly to this stimulus, you will find out for yourself that we are not able to think calmly . Our brain starts to quickly produce ideas and the body responds automatically, that is why we often scream or do embarrassing dances.

To avoid these emotional stimuli for our audience, we must make sure they feel as calm as possible.

You need to support your audience if you want them to best understand your presentation.
When starting a presentation, one of the worst openings that causes negative feelings in our audience is to start by saying something like: as we address the various topics, I will also ask you some questions.

Starting the presentation In this way you will put the audience “on their toes” always tense ready to answer some questions and never really paying attention to what we are saying…

Or better said, they may be attentive, but they won't be focused and therefore won't be able to move the information we're presenting into permanent memory.
