The topic of blogs has become popular thanks to Social Media, where many people have started a large-scale business from scratch! How and where to start a blog - we advise!

We have been dealing with the topic of blogs and websites since 2012, when many people started in this industry and the so-called blogging business was developing, bloggers, fashionistas and influence barbados business email list marketing were created. I mention this for a reason, because today many people think about blogging in the context of sharing their knowledge, passion and turning it into a business. That is why we will describe today how to start and launch a blog, so as to build the foundations and the basis for the business.

How to start a blog?
Regardless of the blog category and type of content, it is important to choose the right space where it will be created and published. The most popular place is WordPress, where, for example, our website is located, where you are reading this article. I myself started blogging in 2012 as a teenager, the name was patriszjafashion.blogspot.com, I think in 206/16 I decided to buy my own domain and change the name to patrycjastory.pl, then I also decided to transfer the content from blogspot to WordPress. So I moved from blogspot.com to WordPress, why?

Because I started thinking more seriously about blogging and cooperation offers started to appear, which required my own domain. This is primarily due to the certainty that the site is ours (and thus sponsored content will remain on it in accordance with the agreement), we can add the content we want to it and, importantly, there will be no unwanted ads on it. It is worth knowing about this and preparing a place for publishing our content where a lot of banners with ads will not appear in a moment, which will distract and discourage the reader or valuable advertiser.

Why a WordPress blog?
I answered this question above, but I will give a few more arguments. WordPress is one of the most popular platforms for blogs, websites, and even e-shops or course platforms. You can create literally any variation of a website on it! That is why it is worth thinking about the future and monetizing it into a business at the beginning of your blogging journey. Unless you want to write a blog just for your mom, then all you need is an email. I remember my changes 4 times (the bigger ones, because there were about 20 smaller ones) and improvements to the blog on blogspot.com. Searching for templates, digging in the code, customizing the logo and background, and I don't know what else... It took a lot of time, I paid different people several times to make changes that I was still not happy with. Unfortunately, blogspot was not a flexible enough platform for me to do what I wanted on it, and in addition, I could not make many changes myself, so I had to pay. I looked through my favorite blogs of already famous bloggers many times. Now I know that each of them had a blog on WordPress, which was already a profitable business. I dreamed of such a nice blog. Who knows, maybe if I had thought better about the blog's location at the beginning, it would be more read now and I would earn more money from it?

WordPress is used by as many as 64.9% of all CMS-based websites in the world (data comes from w3techs.com). We have been working on it for several years, we have set up 5 of our own company websites on WordPress and we have created a dozen or even several dozen for others. We chose WordPress, not without reason, IT IS THE BEST!

It's worth knowing that WordPress is a free platform, you don't incur any costs. You can set up a blog or even a company website on a free template and there are a ton of them - that's another advantage of WordPress, that you can create anything you need or dream of. I remember when we were transferring my blog to WordPress or building a company website, Andrian (our website specialist) created exactly the same design and layout as I had drawn on paper! When I saw it, I cried, by the way, he became my husband, you could say that WordPress connected us, because that's how our relationship began and the first common topics of conversation, right after traveling.
