How to get closing documents in Click.ru

Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities who connect their clients' advertising accounts to Click.ru receive all the necessary closing documents for accounting - not only for Google Ads, but also for other advertising systems (Yandex.Direct, VK, myTarget).

After registration in the system, a legal entity begins to work under an offer agreement. This agreement is not signed or certified with a seal. If the user needs to receive an agreement with seals and signatures, then a bilateral agreement is concluded between him and Click.ru. It is concluded in writing, has the signatures of the managers and wet seals.

Click.ru provides the following closing documents:

Invoice for services rendered.

Certificate of acceptance of services.

Account reconciliation statement.

The procedure for obtaining closing documents in Click.ru:

Documents are generated in the system no later than the 15th day of the month following the reporting period.

Electronic versions of documents are available in the system account.

You receive the original documents in the manner specified when registering a legal entity. Two methods are available: by mail to the legal entity's address or at the Click.ru office in Moscow.

How to view closing documents

Option 1. Through the user profile:



Scroll down the profile page. In the overseas chinese worldwide database "Payment Participants" section, go to the reporting documents. To do this, click on the "View" link.



On the "Documents" page, select a settlement participant and set the period for which you want to view documents.



For example, you need to view reporting documents. In the "Reporting documents" section, click on the available link in the "Period" column. A list of available documents will open. Click on the link that leads to the required document (Document type column).
