PCI compliance, or PCI DSS, (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a certification that was created by the main card brands, including MasterCard and Visa.
The parameters established by the PCI seal aim to protect spain mobile database user data during credit and debit card transactions. Its goal is for companies that handle payment card information to maintain a secure environment for payment processing. The main requirements include: installation of firewalls, data encryption, implementation of restricted access controls, monitoring of networks and systems, as well as strict security policies and regular security testing.
