Marketing as a lever for leadership
One of the elements that makes the difference in times of change and doubt is undoubtedly the decision and the ability to not stand still, taking risks and assuming mistakes and the "test" as part of the path.
I have met morocco phone number library many people in my life with great leadership skills, with the ability to envision, align and convince, but in the end these skills remained just intentions because they led nowhere. They were transmitted but not applied in the company or in the people.

I am not going to be the one to explain to you what leadership is, but I will tell you that for me leadership is imagining a path and launching yourself towards it, inspiring technical and personal confidence and generating a very strong collective energy that does not need many answers or truths. Leadership is the ability to let things be done, doing and transmitting at the same time. Leadership is firmly seeing beyond, recognizing that there is no certainty beyond your own conviction and that of those who follow you. Leadership is empathizing and making mistakes in equal parts, of course, while you move forward. Leadership is believing "actively."
Marketing is an excellent lever to put into practice the Leadership of a person or organization, why? Because it does not deal with certainties but with method. Because it requires vision and convincing as well as empathizing with the moments of others. Because it helps us relate and get moving towards the future with technology, tools, methodology, etc.
In an era where strategies are increasingly more “declarations of intent” than guarantees of success, points of doubt are resolved by feeling the determination and humility of their “pushers” and seeing how their constant “recalculation” is a completely normal act.
But why can marketing be a lever for leadership in a company?
