When a B2B or Industrial company undertakes a digital transformation process, the first objective must be to do it in an easy and natural way. Digitalisation will never end, so there is little point in accelerating too much, but rather understanding very well what it can bring and how the entire organisation and its community find it useful.

The first thing is to be clear about your malta phone number resource general strategy and think hard about your clients, about how I can help them and make their daily lives easier.

Once I have this clear (the most complicated part), I have to prioritize and for me, these are the six aspects on which I would guide the action.

May it be easy for those I want to find me.

It is key to have defined what type of client I want to be “tailored to”, that is, which clients (potential and real) are my priority and for whom I want to be the most relevant in the market. Here the famous “for everyone who pays” does not apply; any company must reflect on its priorities to better focus its efforts over time.

With this in mind, I have to be “findable” digitally, especially because 70% of B2B companies do not call our salespeople until they already know almost everything about our product, company, and even from the mouths of others.

Here we talk about Google above all, SEO strategies, SEM, Social Selling, etc. We have to know very well how our potential client moves and appear at the exact moment, showing them that we empathize with their specific problem.

Making things easier for my client.

In your customer’s experience with you (not yours with your customer) there will be many touchpoints, you probably aren’t aware of many of them (checking other people’s reviews, having alerts for your news etc) but….they exist. Making it easier and easier for your B2B customer in those touchpoints and processes is essential to generate a positive emotion that will be added to the rest.

When we talk about making things easy, the digital world offers many possibilities such as: internal platforms, chatbots, simulation tools, live chats, intranets, web-based processes, marketplaces, training, user content, experiential content, purchasing processes, etc.
