People have turned to the stock market in the face of the near-zero interest rates of traditional bank accounts. They can therefore potentially receive a higher return, but they also face a higher risk. When young people do not understand the financial system well, they are more likely to make mistakes with their savings, especially in the uncertain environment of the stock markets.
According to economist Annamaria Lusardi, it's not just young people who have trouble making smart financial decisions. Based on her research, she found that wealthy people tend to gambling data vietnam face bankruptcy more often than others due to a lack of long-term planning. Even adults generally can't answer basic questions about interest rates and inflation. When adults have trouble managing their money, young people are even less equipped to make their own financial decisions.

Young people today have very little experience with financial planning and are therefore vulnerable to debt or mistakes due to the popular use of day trading or cryptocurrencies. Consequently, there is a widespread need to educate students on how to save and manage money. When children are equipped with the tools to make financial decisions, they can better prepare for their future and face fewer money mistakes. While education in this area will not prevent all money mishaps, it can definitely minimize them.
