What does the new budget module look like?
1. Create a quote without having to create an opportunity first
Sometimes we need to streamline processes and so we want to send the quote quickly and without any problems. That's why you can now create the quote directly with a couple of clicks without having to add the opportunity first. You can link the quote to the opportunity later if you wish.
This is an additional module and does not replace the Opportunities italy telegram mobile phone number list module. Therefore, you can still create quotes in that context; no changes will be made to the existing workflow.
2. Greater ease of use
New summary and detail pages for estimates are more intuitive. You can preview the estimate as you create it (without having to finalize it first), decide what information you want to see in the estimate header, and easily customize the document layout.
You can now see the total quote before applying discounts and all changes made are automatically saved. So you never lose the work done. Plus, you have different ways to easily share the quote with your client: download, print, email or send via our cloud platform.

You can also link multiple projects to a single quote and easily unlink the project from an opportunity. This increases flexibility and saves time.
3. Effortless tracking of current and potential customers
As soon as your estimate is signed (digitally), you will receive a notification and can easily convert it into one or more invoices or projects. This not only allows you to get started right away, but also speeds up the payment process as you can send the invoice almost immediately.
