The Dell Hell-case from 2005 : who doesn't know it? A dissatisfied Dell customer vented his displeasure on his blog, which eventually led to a crack in the reputation of the computer giant. A classic example of how customers determine your reputation and can make or break it. But what exactly do we mean by reputation?

A company's reputation is a total impression, based on experiences people have had with your company. industry email list Think of reading a blog, buying a product or contacting your customer service. The reputation you have is crucial, no matter how big or small your organization is. You may have figured out how to put out a “crisis fire.” How to prevent one. Or how to recover from one. But do you have any idea how to use reputation management to build a stronger brand?
